Our Obective

Our objective is to supply customers with a comprehensive range of goods and services as cheaply as quality permits. We aim to ship materials and odd strings within 2 working days of receipt of order. Sets and partial sets of bass strings will normally take a little longer, but every effort will be made to meet any delivery requirements you may have.

Payment

Where goods are supplied on credit, terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice, after which interest charges will apply. New customers requesting credit terms should supply a trade reference, otherwise goods will be sent C.O.D, or payment may be made by Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD or AMEX).

Minimum Orders

Although we have not set a specific minimum order amount, we ask customers to appreciate that orders for less than $25 or $30 worth of goods are un-economical for us to process.

Freight

All goods will be forwarded by Australia Post unless otherwise requested.
